a decent experience overall
polite staff convenient metro noisy room unclean shower
the staff was very polite. the breakfast was delicious (especially the rolls!). metro and tram stops were very close to the hotel, so it was easy to get around. i also had lunch at the restaurant and the food was very good.
at 9:30 they already told us they didn't have eggs which was very disappointing. the room was very noisy. I could hear everything through the window. the shower was not very clean.

Excellent Location and Great Amenities

I found the location very convenient for traveling around. A subway station sits almost outside the hotel. An overground train is also nearby. I remembered to clip my tickets in the verification machines. It seemed complicated at first, but it was easy. The included sauna was great. I enjoyed it for one hour. The room was spacious. The bed was also big and comfortable.
The check-in process was just average. Staff seemed friendly. they mistakenly added a charge for breakfast. They insisted it was a city tax. This was removed after I addressed it with them.

strange design short robes
The location was convenient and transport links were good.
The room design seemed odd.. the wardrobe was located in the bathroom, a strange choice. the robes were quite short. I expected better for the price I paid.

small room unreliable wifi
the location felt safe, a definite plus for exploring a new city.
My room was smaller then Expected, i booked a premium room but it felt cramped. the wifi was also VERY unreliable. It kept cutting out, especially in the evenings.

the hotel's location was acceptable, providing easy access to transportation.
the lack of proper restock of coffee and tea in the room was annoying. room service was limited, particularly its lack of vegan or vegetarian options. it seemed strange considering the restaurant's fancy appearance.

public transportation friendly staff complimentary drinks
The hotel locates near public transportation. It makes exploring easy. The breakfast included many options. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. I loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge that they refilled every day. It was a great touch, I must say.
The gym was somewhat small. It only allowed for lighter workouts.
